ASU - Automatic Start Up' power saving control Most small Cruise refrigerators are available with the power saving ASU - Automatic Start Up system. The control panel is separate from the refrigerator so that it can be remotely mounted up to 4 meters away.
Cruise refrigerators use the same compact hermetic compressor as modern domestic refrigerators. They have very low energy consumption, are nearly silent and practically indestructible.
Door handle and installation frames The door handle has a magnetic rubber seal to keep it firmly closed. The handle has a safety locking device which prevents the door from being opened accidentally. The handle also has a hook to hold the door for ventilation when the refrigerator is not in use.
Cruise line doors are hinged on the right side but can easily be changed to the left. Black door panels are standard. Optional panels can be ordered in white, teak, or cherry for an additional charge, except for the CR190, CR220, and CR260 which are only available in white.
Refrigerators CR42, CR49, and CR65 are also available with white doors and stainless steel mounting frames.
