About Us

Founded in 1999 by former NASA engineers Joe Turner and Gary Chapman, eMarine was built on an engineering mindset: marine power systems must be designed correctly, not guessed at.

From the beginning, our focus has been reliable onboard electrical and energy systems for boats of all sizes.

What We Do

eMarine designs, supplies, installs, and repairs marine electrical and power systems.

We work with boat owners, cruisers, and marine professionals to design complete onboard energy solutions, perform professional installations, troubleshoot existing systems, and repair select equipment in-house. We provide:

  • Complete power system design
  • Professional marine electronics and power system installation
  • In-house diagnostics and repair for select products
  • System troubleshooting and upgrades
  • Technical consultation for boat owners and marine professionals

Whether upgrading a charging system, replacing major components, or building a system from scratch, we approach every project as an integrated system, not a collection of parts.

Our Value Proposition

Manufacturer-set MAP pricing is the same across authorized dealers. What is different at eMarine is what is included with your purchase.

When you work with us, the following are included at no additional cost:

  • Power demand analysis for your vessel
  • Proper system sizing and component matching
  • Compatibility verification before you order
  • Engineering-level guidance during system planning
  • Post-installation technical support

We help you avoid undersized systems, incompatible components, and expensive rework. Our goal is not just to sell equipment, but to ensure your system performs reliably offshore, at anchor, or underway.

Our background in engineering, combined with real-world marine application, allows us to deliver dependable solutions focused on performance, cost-efficiency, and long-term reliability.

From design to installation to long-term support, eMarine is your single point of contact for marine power systems done correctly.
