Processing and Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale within 1-2 business days. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items typically ship within 5-7 business days.
Add the carrier delivery time shown at checkout to determine the estimated delivery date.
Stocked items can also be picked up at our warehouse.
The fulfillment type (Stock, Special Order, Pallet Freight) and the processing time are displayed on the product page for each product.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders over $100 for most items.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Pallet freight
- Special orders
- Batteries
Pallet Freight and Special Orders
Orders that require pallet freight or are special order items require a custom shipping quote.
To order one of these items, add them to your cart and complete checkout as usual. Your card will not be charged at checkout. Only an authorization hold will be placed to reserve the items.
We will then contact you by phone to confirm the shipping cost before the order is processed. Your card will be charged once shipping costs are confirmed and the order is ready to ship.
Solar Panel Shipping
All solar panels are shipped via pallet freight to prevent damage during transit. These items cannot be shipped using standard parcel carriers.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any other charges required by the destination country
These charges are not included in the order total at checkout unless explicitly stated.
Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and destination country.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or carrier fees required to resend the order.
Orders cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.
Inspecting Freight Deliveries
Please inspect all shipments carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, it must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to report visible damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a freight damage claim.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor the delivery status.
