The Outback Power EnergyCell PLC (pure-lead carbon) uses pure lead plate construction combined with carbon additives to obtain maximum cycle life, float life, shelf life (18 months at 25°C), and PSoC operation. The PLC is ideally suited for the three primary applications where OutBack inverters are used: Off-Grid, Grid-Tied Batte ry Backup, and Grid-Tied Self Consumption.

OutBack Power’s EnergyCell PLC batteries are designed for residential or light-commercial off-grid, backup or self-consumption renewable energy power demands. Optimized to work seamlessly with OutBack power conversion equipment, these batteries are a perfect addition to the OutBack single-brand system solution. The advanced pure lead carbon extends the life of the Outback battery compared to traditional VRLA technology, and allows for increased float capability for backup applications.
