Replacing traditional mechanical relays with advanced solid-state MOSFET switching, the BatteryProtect operates entirely spark-free. This makes it an ideal, safe choice for installations in environments where fuel vapors may be present, such as motorhomes, vans, and marine vessels. Featuring nine user-programmable voltage thresholds, automatic voltage detection, and specialized Li-ion modes, this series is both highly versatile and remarkably easy to integrate into complex power architectures.

Nine user-selectable voltage-threshold programs cover everything from simple low-voltage disconnect to more advanced two-stage load shedding, so the same unit can protect a starter battery, a house bank, or a dedicated lithium pack without extra hardware. A pre-warning alarm output and relay give connected equipment or an audible buzzer several seconds of notice before the load is actually switched off, and automatic voltage detection means the correct 12V/24V threshold table is selected without any manual configuration.

Because the switching element is a solid-state MOSFET rather than a mechanical contact, the BatteryProtect produces no arcing or sparks at disconnect, handles the rated current continuously without contact wear, and remains silent in operation - a meaningful advantage over relay-based load disconnects in an enclosed engine bay or battery compartment. The fully potted, IP67-rated enclosure further allows it to be mounted in a damp bilge or an exposed exterior locker without a separate housing.
