The Victron Orion IP67 DC-DC Converter series is engineered for the harshest operational environments. Featuring a completely encapsulated design, these converters are fully waterproof, shockproof, and ignition-protected. The robust cast aluminum casing combined with resin-molded electronics ensures that water, oil, dirt, and high-vibration conditions will not compromise performance, making them the ideal choice for demanding marine, industrial, and heavy-duty vehicle applications.

Designed for reliability in extreme conditions, the Orion IP67 series provides a stable, regulated output even when the input voltage fluctuates due to other high-power equipment sharing the same battery bank. With built-in thermal protection, these units can operate effectively even in high-temperature environments like machine rooms or engine bays, providing consistent power where conventional electronics would fail.

The range spans compact 5A and 10A models for light electronics through to high-current 20A and 100A units for larger loads such as winches or inverters, all sharing the same fully sealed, maintenance-free construction. Because the electronics are completely resin-encased rather than air-cooled, there is no internal fan and nothing for salt spray, dust, or engine-bay grime to foul over years of service.

A remote on/off connection is available for switching the converter from a distance with a low-power switch or an external control signal such as an engine run/stop switch, without needing a high-current switch in the main input wiring.
