It pairs with a separate Lynx Smart BMS NG module (purchased separately) instead of relying on the battery's own Bluetooth radio, and carries an IP65 enclosure rating for better protection in wet locations, while still sharing the same LiFePO4 chemistry, cycle life, and M8 power connections as the rest of the range.
