Victron Phoenix Inverter Control Panel

The Victron Phoenix Inverter Control (REC030001210) is a dedicated remote monitoring and control panel designed for large Phoenix Inverters equipped with a VE.Bus RJ45 UTP remote monitoring and control socket. Connecting to the inverter via a standard UTP cable with RJ45 connectors, it provides LED indication of inverter status and operational control — including on, off, and AES (Automatic Economy Switching) mode selection — from a remote panel location without requiring physical access to the inverter unit itself.

The panel is also compatible with the MultiPlus Inverter/Charger when an automatic transfer switch function is required but no charger functionality is needed — providing basic inverter on/off and AES control across the MultiPlus range in this specific use case. A standard UTP (Ethernet) patch cable of any required length connects the panel to the inverter's RJ45 remote socket — the cable is not included and must be sourced separately.

Status LEDs on the panel provide an at-a-glance overview of inverter operating state — including mains present, inverter on, low battery, overload, and fault conditions — making it easy to confirm system status from a convenient remote location such as a helm station, electrical panel, or living area. LED brightness is automatically reduced at night by a built-in ambient light sensor, preventing the panel from becoming an unwanted light source in darkened sleeping quarters or accommodation spaces.

Certified to IEC 60335-1, the Phoenix Inverter Control is suitable for use in European and international marine, RV, and off-grid installations. It is compatible with the following Phoenix Inverter models only: 12/1200, 12/1600, 12/2000, 12/3000, 12/5000, 24/1200, 24/1600, 24/2000, 24/3000, 24/5000, 48/3000, and 48/5000. For Phoenix Inverters with a VE.Direct port rather than a VE.Bus RJ45 port, the separate Phoenix Inverter Control VE.Direct panel is required instead.

Remote On/Off and AES Mode Control

Provides remote on/off switching and AES (Automatic Economy Switching) mode selection for compatible Phoenix Inverters — allowing operators to control inverter operation from a convenient remote location without accessing the inverter unit, and enabling AES mode to reduce no-load power consumption during periods of low demand.

LED Status Indication

Multiple LEDs display the current inverter operating state — including mains/grid present, inverter active, low battery warning, overload, and fault conditions — giving an immediate at-a-glance overview of inverter status from wherever the panel is mounted.

Automatic LED Brightness Reduction at Night

A built-in ambient light sensor automatically reduces LED brightness in low-light or dark conditions — preventing the panel from becoming an unwanted light source in sleeping quarters, cabins, or darkened control areas during overnight inverter operation.

UTP Cable Connection — Any Length

Connects to the Phoenix Inverter's VE.Bus RJ45 remote monitoring and control socket via a standard UTP (Ethernet) patch cable — allowing the panel to be located at any distance from the inverter using a standard straight-through Ethernet cable of the required length. Cable not included.

Compatible with MultiPlus for Transfer Switch Control

Can be used on a MultiPlus Inverter/Charger when an automatic transfer switch function is required without the charger functionality — providing basic inverter on/off and AES control across compatible MultiPlus models in this specific configuration.

IEC 60335-1 Certified

Certified to IEC 60335-1 for household and similar electrical appliances safety — confirming the panel's suitability for installation in marine, RV, and off-grid installations across European and international markets.

Compatible with VE.Bus Phoenix Inverters 1200VA and Above Only

Designed exclusively for large Phoenix Inverters (1200VA and above) equipped with a VE.Bus RJ45 UTP remote socket — not compatible with smaller Phoenix Inverter models or with Phoenix Inverters featuring a VE.Direct port, which require the separate Phoenix Inverter Control VE.Direct panel.
