The Blue Smart IP67 Charger from Victron Energy is a heavy-duty, fully waterproof, shockproof, and ignition-protected battery charger engineered for the most demanding environments. This rugged, professional-grade charger is ideal for marine configurations, open boat cockpits, engine bays, bilges, or any outdoor utility charging setup where exposure to moisture, dust, and grease is expected. Resin-encapsulated internal electronics and hermetically sealed cable-entry glands ensure absolute protection, while the robust aluminum housing guards against physical impacts.
Equipped with built-in Bluetooth connectivity, the charger offers seamless wireless monitoring and custom configuration. Using the free VictronConnect app on any iOS or Android smartphone or tablet, you can view real-time charging voltage and current, check historical performance data, and change charging parameters with ease.
The charger features an adaptive 5-stage charging algorithm that automatically optimizes power delivery relative to how your battery bank is being utilized, ensuring healthy cells and an extended battery lifespan. It can attempt to force-feed deeply discharged "dead" batteries down to 0 volts with a low recovery current and sends a safe wake-up pulse to reset lithium-ion batteries after their internal Battery Management System (BMS) has triggered a low-voltage shutdown.

Unlike conventional chargers, this advanced unit attempts to revive and recharge completely flat batteries from 0 Volts. It is also engineered to send a safe wake-up pulse to reset lithium batteries after a BMS low-voltage shutdown.

An intelligent microprocessor manages five distinct charging stages (bulk, absorption, recondition, float, and storage) to automatically optimize energy delivery based on real-time discharge state. This adaptive technology balances efficient charging with active battery life preservation.
