The Victron Energy Cyrix-ct 120A Battery Combiner Kit is a complete, all-in-one installation package designed to easily add a 2nd or 3rd battery system to your car, boat, RV, or service vehicle. Operating as an intelligent plug-and-play solution, this kit utilizes the engine’s electrical system to keep all your batteries charged while driving, while automatically isolating your starter battery when the engine is off to ensure you never get stranded with a dead battery.

Built around the microprocessor-controlled Cyrix-ct 12/24V 120A smart relay, this kit provides a seamless and modern replacement for outdated diode isolators, delivering maximum charging efficiency with absolutely zero voltage drop.

Features

Complete Installation Kit: Comes with high-quality installation hardware and cables, providing everything you need to connect an auxiliary battery bank right out of the box.

Zero Voltage Drop Charging: Unlike traditional diode splitters, the Cyrix-ct relay creates a direct connection with zero voltage drop. This guarantees that your auxiliary battery receives the full, correct charging voltage directly from your alternator.

Intelligent Battery Protection: Automatically senses the voltage of both battery banks. It parallels the batteries when a charging voltage is detected and isolates them immediately when the engine stops, protecting your primary starter battery from deep discharge.

Smart Trend Detection: Uses advanced algorithms to monitor voltage trends over time. This prevents false switching and unnecessary disconnects during temporary high-current load spikes.

Emergency Start Assist: Features a built-in Start Assist function. By connecting a simple dash-mounted switch or push-button, you can manually link both battery banks for 30 seconds to jump-start your engine if your starter battery is flat.

Bi-directional Sensing & Dual Power Supply: Actively monitors both batteries. Even if one of your batteries is completely dead, the dual-power design allows the Cyrix to draw startup power from the other battery to initiate the charging connection.

Auto-Ranging Voltage: Automatically detects and configures itself for 12V or 24V DC systems upon startup.
