Victron Lynx Distributor

The Victron Lynx Distributor M10 is a modular DC busbar unit that provides four individually fused and monitored DC connections — on both a positive and negative busbar — within the Victron Lynx Distribution System. Designed specifically for high-current installations requiring M10 busbar interconnections, it serves as the primary fused load and charger distribution point in any Lynx-based power system, with each of the four positive connections protected by a MEGA fuse and monitored by a dedicated LED indicator on the front panel.

Each fuse position is actively monitored by the Lynx Distributor's onboard electronics. If any MEGA fuse blows, the corresponding LED changes from green to red, providing an immediate visual alert at the unit. When connected to a Lynx Smart BMS (serial number HQ1909 or later) via the included 40cm RJ10 cable, fuse status is communicated digitally to the BMS — which can raise alarms and relay fuse status information through the VictronConnect app, a connected GX device, and the VRM remote monitoring portal. Up to four Lynx Distributors can be connected to a single Lynx Smart BMS simultaneously.

The M10 busbar version uses M10 interconnection bolts at the module joints, making it directly compatible with other M10 Lynx modules — including the Lynx Smart BMS M10, Lynx Class-T Power In, Lynx Power In M10, and Lynx Shunt VE.Can M10 — forming a continuous positive and negative busbar assembly. The internal fuse and cable connections are M8 on both M8 and M10 versions, accepting standard MEGA fuses and cable lugs up to 70mm².

Each Lynx Distributor M10 must be assigned a unique address (A–D) via its onboard DIP switch when multiple units are connected to a Lynx Smart BMS. MEGA fuses are sold separately. The unit ships with a 40cm RJ10 cable for power and data connection to the adjacent Lynx Smart BMS or Lynx Shunt VE.Can.

Four Individually Fused and Monitored DC Connections

The positive busbar provides four MEGA fuse-protected connections for batteries, inverters, chargers, or DC loads — with each fuse position monitored independently. A green LED per fuse confirms healthy status; a red LED indicates a blown or missing fuse, providing immediate at-a-glance system diagnostics.

M10 Busbar Interconnection — Compatible with All M10 Lynx Modules

The M10 busbar version uses M10 interconnection bolts at the module joints, enabling direct connection to all M10 Lynx modules — including the Lynx Smart BMS M10, Lynx Class-T Power In, Lynx Power In M10, and Lynx Shunt VE.Can M10. M10 modules cannot be interconnected with M8 Lynx modules.

Digital Fuse Status Communication to Lynx Smart BMS

When connected to a Lynx Smart BMS (serial HQ1909 or later) via the included RJ10 cable, fuse status is communicated digitally — enabling fuse blown and communication lost alarms to be raised in VictronConnect, on a GX device display, and through the VRM remote monitoring portal.

Modular Lynx Distribution System Integration

Connects directly to all other M10 Lynx modules — Lynx Power In M10, Lynx Class-T Power In, Lynx Shunt VE.Can M10, and Lynx Smart BMS M10 — forming a continuous positive and negative busbar system that can be configured and expanded to suit any installation.

Up to Four Lynx Distributors per Lynx Smart BMS

Up to four Lynx Distributors can be connected to and monitored by a single Lynx Smart BMS, providing a maximum of 16 individually fused and monitored DC connections in a single Lynx Distribution System — suitable for complex multi-load and multi-charger installations.

VictronConnect App Configuration and Monitoring

When connected to a Lynx Smart BMS, each fuse position can be given a custom name (up to 16 characters) via the VictronConnect app, and the status of all connected Lynx Distributors can be monitored in real time through the Lynx Smart BMS Bluetooth connection — without requiring a separate GX device or display.

LED Status Indicators

A power LED indicates system status — orange during startup, green for normal operation, red for alarm (blown fuse), and yellow when the busbar is unpowered but the unit is receiving power via RJ10. Four individual fuse LEDs show the status of each fuse position at a glance.

MEGA Fuse Compatibility — Sold Separately

The Lynx Distributor M10 accepts standard MEGA fuses in a wide range of current ratings. MEGA fuses rated to 36V are suitable for 12V and 24V systems; 58/64V-rated MEGA fuses must be used in 48V systems. Fuses are not included and must be purchased separately.
